ColorCraft, a full-service trade show exhibit design and fabrication agency, is proud to be named one of Florida Trend’s 2025 “Best Companies to Work For in Florida,” marking the company’s third time receiving this honor. The recognition is part of Florida Trend’s annual ranking, based on independent evaluation of employer policies and an anonymous survey of employees’ workplace experience.
The program is overseen by Florida Trend in partnership with the Workforce Research Group. Final rankings are based on two components: a review of organizational policies (the WRG employer assessment) and employee feedback through anonymous surveys addressing engagement, leadership, benefits, training, and workplace culture.
“As a team that builds immersive brand experiences every day, we understand that creating a culture that inspires collaboration, personal growth, and balance is essential,” said Doug Hughes, CEO of ColorCraft. “Being recognized among Florida’s best workplaces reflects our ongoing investment in our people and culture, from offering meaningful roles to nurturing career development and personal wellbeing.”
ColorCraft operates in Orlando and Las Vegas, providing clients turnkey support throughout design, in‑house fabrication, custom rentals, shipping, and on‑site supervision. With over two decades of experience in exhibit production, the company supports clients across healthcare, technology, consumer goods, and more.
“We believe when our team thrives, our clients do too,” shared Davis Hughes, VP of Sales. “Earning this recognition validates our efforts to blend creativity, culture, and operational excellence, making ColorCraft a creative partner, and a rewarding place to build a career.”
