Wayne Larsen | Senior Event Manager | ColorCraft

ColorCraft, an Orlando-based leader in custom trade show exhibit design and fabrication, has named Wayne Larsen as the recipient of its 2025 “Founder’s Award of Excellence.” Presented annually by ColorCraft CEO and Founder Doug Hughes, the award recognizes an employee who exemplifies the company’s longstanding commitment to excellence by demonstrating quality, accountability, and execution at the highest level.

Wayne has been a dedicated member of the ColorCraft team for 17 years, serving as the company’s Senior Event Manager and a trusted leader in on-site exhibit execution. In this role, he oversees installation crews on complex exhibit builds for ColorCraft clients around the world. Wayne is responsible for coordinating on-site execution, managing logistics and labor, and ensuring each exhibit is installed to precise standards, often under tight timelines and challenging show conditions.

“Wayne consistently sets the standard for what excellence looks like on the show floor,” said Doug Hughes, President and CEO of ColorCraft. “His leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail are evident in every project he touches. This award reflects the trust we place in him and the respect he’s earned from our clients and our internal teams alike.”

The “Founder’s Award of Excellence” honors individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to representing ColorCraft with integrity in every environment. Wayne’s ability to lead crews, solve problems in real time, and deliver reliable results on some of the industry’s most complex installations made him a natural choice for the 2025 recognition.

ColorCraft presents the “Founder’s Award of Excellence” as part of its ongoing commitment to recognizing the people behind the work, celebrating team members whose efforts elevate both the client experience and the company’s culture.
